Alexie Côté leads the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) business development strategy at CAE. With over eight years at CAE, Alexie brings a unique cross‑functional background spanning innovation, intellectual property, supply chain, and business development. She works closely with global OEMs and ecosystem partners to address one of the industry’s most critical challenges: building a scalable, safe, and future‑ready AAM workforce—across pilots, maintainers, instructors, and digital training specialists.

Alexie holds a law degree, a master's in international law, and an MBA and is recognized for her strategic mindset, commercial judgment, and ability to translate emerging technology into operational and workforce‑ready solutions. She is a frequent contributor to industry forums on AAM, workforce transformation, and the convergence of aviation, autonomy, and digital training.

Lubos Lnenicka is Managing Director of 3L Robotics, where he leads the development of autonomous drone logistics and smart infrastructure solutions. He is responsible for the company's strategy and the development of Drone Helipad technology, autonomous drone hubs, and AI-enabled mission-planning systems for safe drone operations across urban, industrial, medical, and defence environments.

With a background in entrepreneurship and technology management, Luboš works with industry and public-sector partners to advance autonomous aviation and accelerate the adoption of drone infrastructure. Jose Ignacio Rodriguez is Managing Director of Bluenest, powered by Globalvia, where he leads the development of vertiport infrastructure for the future of Advanced Air Mobility. He is responsible for shaping solutions that enable the safe and efficient integration of eVTOL operations into urban and regional transport networks.

With extensive experience in air traffic management, UTM, and Urban Air Mobility, Jose has worked across AAM projects and with leading eVTOL OEMs.
A telecommunications engineer, PMP-certified project manager, and licensed UAS pilot, he combines technical expertise with hands-on operational experience to help advance the next generation of air mobility.

Dr Lionel Tauszig is Senior Project Certification Manager for eVTOL at the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, EASA. He coordinated the development of the Special Condition VTOL, a first building block to enable the safe operation of VTOL aircraft in Europe.

Prior to joining EASA Lionel worked in rotorcraft design, flight test and certification, and in his spare time as a paramedic with specializations in wilderness, diving and tactical EMS. He holds a PhD and MS in Aerospace Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is an airplane and helicopter pilot.

Carlos Berenguer López is General Director of the SIAM Cluster (Spain Innovative Air Mobility) and Managing Director of AERTEC Aviation, where he leads a team of 300 airport consultants, engineers, and architects. He supports the deployment of Advanced Air Mobility infrastructure and has led vertiport initiatives in Spain, Germany, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi.

With 22 years of experience in aviation, Carlos began his career in Aena's Strategic Planning Division before moving into the private sector. An Aeronautical Engineer (MSc), PMP, MBA, and AMP, he is also a Board Member of SIAM and an ACARE contributor, actively supporting the deployment of Advanced Air Mobility across Europe.
